William Biberon Comeaux was an early Baton Rouge entrepreneur, He operated several businesses in the Baton Rouge are during his interesting lifetime. He taught himself accounting principles and became Baton Rouge's ESSO (ExxonMobil) corporation's early accountant. He once ran a vegetable stand on Florida Blvd, he began Trio Coffee during the 1940's era. He also ran a successful commercial real estate business. Now his daughter Judy Comeaux Jones and family operate his remaining business enterprise.
